Keighley is limbering up for a charity aerobathon.
People across Yorkshire are being urged to take part in the two-hour sponsored workout.
Sessions are being held at locations throughout the county, including Keighley Leisure Centre, between 6-8pm, on March 30.
The workouts, to music, will be led by qualified instructors.
Proceeds from the annual venture, now in its fourth year, will go to Yorkshire Cancer Research.
Emma Young, for the charity, said: “This regional event offers participants the chance to get fit and healthy, have fun and also make a difference by helping to raise much needed funds for Yorkshire Cancer Research.
“This year we are hoping to have over 1,000 Yorkshire participants, all jumping for sponsorship! It should be fabulous fun, so why not join us?”
There is a £6 entry fee, which includes admission to the leisure centre, a T-shirt and sponsorship forms.
To take part phone Yorkshire Cancer Research on 01423 877210 or log on to ycr.org.uk/aerobathon.
