Sweets and samosas, books and baking will help Keighley schoolchildren raise money for disabled athletes.
Year seven students at Greenhead High School will make the items and sell them around the school.
The cash will help send teenage athletes — including at least one Greenhead student — to the Special Olympics.
Bradford Disability Sports and Leisure (BDSL) needs to raise at least £30,000 to send a team to the Games in Leicester this summer. Some of the youngsters are being trained at the new Sports Academy based at Greenhead’s sports centre.
The school is also home to BDSL’s Paralympics club.
Students decided they wanted to help the athletes and the sale will be the first of their fundraising efforts.
