Holy Family Catholic School’s Good Shepherd Fun Run takes place on Friday, March 13.
Pupils from years seven and eight — together with younger children from St Anne’s, St Joseph’s and Our Lady of Victories primary schools — will follow a route along the roads surrounding Holy Family.
Money raised from the annual charitable event will go towards supporting local people in need.
l A mass for people who care for the sick and disabled will be staged at Holy Family on Wednesday.
The “Carers Mass” will take place in the school chapel, starting at 7.30pm.
It will coincide with the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes and the World Day of Prayer for the sick.
This year, the school will be sending 80 year ten students to Lourdes on May 22.
They will help look after ill and elderly pilgrims.
From July 6-11 a further group of 35 year 12 students will also take part in the Lourdes pilgrimage.
Both parties will be accompanied by adults from the wider Keighley community, as well as school staff.
