The search is on for this year’s Keighley Gala Queen.
A selection contest will be held at Keighley Shared Church Hall, on February 28. Doors will open at 1.30pm.
Any girl living in the Keighley area who will be 15 years old by July 4 — gala day — is eligible to take part.
Attendants will also be chosen in the categories of junior queen (12-14 years), princess (8-11), rosebud (4-7) and pageboy (4-6).
The competition is for those aged four and upwards only — there is no petal category.
