Activities will run every weekday evening for children at the Hainworth Wood Community Centre.
Sessions at the centre in Woodhouse will cover food, arts and crafts, martial arts and sports.
The new Healthy Lifestyles programme includes separate groups for girls and boys.
Sessions start next week (September 21) at the building in Hainworth Wood Road and continue through the autumn.
Cook and eat sessions will run on Mondays (4-5.30pm) for 10-year-olds and above.
A girls group will run on Tuesdays (5-6.30pm) offering friendship, games, arts and crafts for eight to 10-year-olds.
A Tae Kwon Do beginners class will run on Wednesdays (6-7pm) for anyone aged five and above including adults.
Rugby will be taught on Thursdays (6-7pm) for anyone aged five to 19.
A boys group will run on Fridays (6-7.30pm) with team-building, co-operative games, golf and football trips. Membership is by invitation only.
