Churches in the South Craven area are staging an outdoor nativity for the third year.

Organised by Cross Hills and District Fellowship of Churches, the nativity will take place in Sutton on Sunday. In previous years the event has attracted a crowd of 400 people.

The event includes a procession, with Mary, Joseph and a donkey, which will set off from the Bay Horse Inn at 4pm and will weave its way to Sutton Park.

In the park, there will be shepherds in the field and a stable scene for the arrival of the Wise Men.

Carols will be sung with music provided by Silsden Brass Band.
