A Keighley woman died after an overdose of anti-depressants, an inquest heard.
The hearing in Bradford was told Anita Drennan, 45, of Victoria Road, had been a drug user and was on a methadone programme.
A summary of circumstances surrounding her death was given by the pathologist . Read to the inquest, it said: “The premises where she lived were in abject squalor and filthy, with rubbish strewn about in every room.”
Recording a verdict of death by abuse of drugs, Coroner Roger Whittaker said she had consumed a variety of drugs.
