Firefighters are staging a car wash this Saturday in aid of Help for Heroes.
Members of White Watch are appealing to the public to take their cars down to the Bradford Road, Keighley, fire station forecourt between 10am-5pm. Help for Heroes, established in 2007, raises money to support members of the Armed Forces who have been wounded in the service of their country.
Firefighter Jim Davis said: “There will be 15 of us washing cars at £3 a time. We always do a wash to support charity and this year we have chosen to support Help for Heroes, because it is very topical at the moment.”
