NHS staff, patients and the public met for an annual carol concert.
The event, at Bradford Cathedral, celebrated the work of the health service across Bradford district and Craven.
Primary school choirs and members of the Bradford Youth Brass Band performed.
Guests included the Deputy Lord Mayor of Bradford, Councillor Shabir Hussain.
Helen Hirst, chief officer of NHS Bradford District and Craven clinical commissioning groups, said: “The concert was a great success and such an uplifting way to get into the spirit of the season. I would like to thank everyone who came along.”
