Jonathan Best will be at the helm hoping to steer Steeton to a successful season in Division A.
He takes over the captaincy from Neil Spragg, who guided the team to fourth place on their return to the top flight.
Overseas player David Wildsmith, who topped the league averages in 2012 with 62.25, has not returned for 2013, so Steeton will look to new Aussie recruit Ben Hillard, from Frankston Peninsula, to make a similar impact.
Off the field, Steeton will be unveiling their new pavilion before their ECB National Cup clash with Hanging Heaton on April 28.
Skipton have had a couple of seasons in the Division Three doldrums but there is genuine optimism at Sandy-lands that Graham Summersgill’s side can do well.
The arrival of opening bowler Bilal Hussain from Barnoldswick should help.
Silsden welcome back their overseas player overseas player Majid Inayat to a team that will be led by Simon Cox.
