Silsden lost their unbeaten record at home to rivals Colne last night in what was their fourth North West Counties League Premier Division fixture this term.
Silsden had won their first two and drawn at the weekend but they slumped to a 3-1 defeat.
Kristian Evans headed the red-rose visitors into an early lead but Ben Crabtree levelled minutes before the break.
Colne took control in the second half but had to be patient for their victory.
Jason Hart netted an 81st-minute penalty and Robert Grimes wrapped up the scoring with less than two minutes remaining.
