STEETON have had to call off their North West Counties First Division North fixture with Daisy Hill at Cougar Park tonight.
Roy Mason's men were aiming to pick up a vital three points to aid their bid for survival but the pitch was deemed to be waterlogged.
The club put out this tweet to announce the news.

They were not the only ones left frustrated by the weather, as Eccleshill United saw their Toolstation Northern Counties East League League Cup Fourth Round game at home to Yorkshire Amateur postponed.
Liversedge's away League Cup tie at Penistone Church was also called off.
