SILSDEN have received a festive boost with the signing of Finn Donovan from Bradford District rivals Albion Sports.
The attacking midfielder was a popular figure at Albion, but the squad has undergone a revamp in recent weeks after new manager Rizwan Mohammed came in from Thackley's coaching set up.
And with Cobbydalers boss Danny Forrest on the lookout for more attacking players to bolster his squad, he has made the move to snap up Donovan.
His first game with his new team is due to be Silsden's NCEL Premier Division clash at home to Knaresborough Town tomorrow afternoon.
Albion have also seen another player depart over the festive period, with centre-half Spencer Gordon having just joined Nostell Miners Welfare.
