Steeton Football Club received a boost when former player Aaron Hollindrake made his return the club last weekend.

The striker, who played first team football for Silsden last season, joined Guiseley at the start of this sason and played a few games in their reserve side.

Hollindrake played in some of the pre-season friendlies and some early games before picking up a knee injury.

Steeton manager Roy Mason is happy to have Hollindrake back with the club where he came through the junior ranks.

Mason said: "His heart has always been at Steeton. He'll come in and do a job for us."

That job will be to score goals, which Steeton have struggled to do this year.

"We've got a lot good young lads playing for us, but we're just not putting our chances away which has been the story of our season."
