KEIGHLEY swimmer Gabriel Medd and three members of the Tiffany family from East Morton were City of Bradford’s representatives in the final round of the Aquasphere Epic Lakes Swims, held in the stunning surroundings of Windermere.
Over the five kilometre event, Medd finished fourth overall and second in his age group in a time of one hour, 15 minutes and five seconds.
Swimming in the one mile event, Olivia Tiffany claimed 11th overall and fourth female in a time of 24 minutes and 25 seconds.
Her sister Imogen finished the same event in a time of 25 minutes and 35 seconds to finish in 15th place overall and eighth female.
Swimming in the Over-40s veterans’ one-mile event, their father Paul finished in a time of 24 minutes and 22 seconds to claim ninth overall and the first veteran place.
All of the swimmers train on the Bradford Aquatics Competition programme under the guidance of coaches Andy Pearce and Sarah Fisher.
