HAWORTH’S Andy Peace finished eighth in the men’s 50 race at the National Cyclo-Cross Championships.
The Shibden Cycling Club member clocked 48 minutes, 23.9 seconds at the Westmorland County Showground at Milnthorpe in Cumbria last weekend.
Glusburn’s Cat Ferguson (Hope Factory Racing) had a disappointing day however.
She was one of the favourites for the junior women’s race, but pulled out during the third lap.
