Silsden continue to lead the way in the Northern Counties East League Premier Division, after thumping Goole 5-0 on Tuesday night.
After a quiet start, two quickfire goals for Casey Stewart and Jake Maltby just after the half-hour mark put the Cobbydalers in command, with Spencer Harris’ goal-line clearance ensuring Goole did not halve the deficit before the break.
Stewart netted his second after the break, before Luke Brooksbank made it 4-0 an hour into the game.
Full-back T’Nique Fishley grabbed his first goal for the Cobbydalers late on, while Brooksbank almost made it six when he hit the post.
The result keeps Silsden top ahead of their trip to Golcar United on Saturday.
