Bradford Dragons 3 are running summer basketball sessions on Tuesdays from 8pm to 10pm, with new and experienced players welcome.
The team is looking to strengthen it’s squad for the forthcoming Leeds League competitions that start in September 2024.
But if you just want to come along for some extra exercise and play, that’s okay, with basketball a hugely useful sport for improving your fitness.
Basketball exercises all muscle groups, it is a good workout for the heart and lungs, and it is great for hand to eye co-ordination.
The sessions, which are running now up until the final one on Tuesday, July 16, take place at Holy Family School, Spring Gardens Lane, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD20 6LH.
Players of all levels of skill and ability are welcome, just turn up on the night.
