KEIGHLEY RUFC is where Ellie Kildunne's rugby union journey began, and she was back to help repay the favour last week.
The England international headed down to Rose Cottage to share some of her experiences and tips from the club's Aire-Wharfe cluster of girls.
Kildunne also joined in with training, before taking part in a question and answer session with the girls after the session out on the field.
A sign of Kildunne's prowess within the women's game is that she has been shortlisted for World Rugby's Women's 15s Player of the Year award.
She has been nominated alongside her international team-mate Alex Matthews, with the pair integral to England winning the Six Nations Grand Slam and the WXV1 title over the past few months.
The awards ceremony will take place this Sunday in Monaco.
